What gets me is that they don’t do any Prep work

You’d think they would have the onions and tomatoes already chopped up but they do it for each order


I’ve seen a lot of Indian street food vids and 90% of the time they make it on the spot and there’s always like a group of men standing doing nothing while one or two guys is hauling ass (srs)

After traveling for long enough, I'd probably start eating it.

But it fuking sucks getting sick from food while traveling. Asia is particularly bad. Chitting high pressure yellow liquid for like 2 days straight isn't fun.

there's tons of videos like these on youtube. they're intradasting, but not something you'd want to eat if you're not used to that stuff.

brb, ice from who knows where, crushed inside what looks like a cut up car tire. dirty buckets, flies, pallet cutting board, constantly dipping hands inside the tub of milk shake, etc. their kitchen utensils are probably construction work tools, adapted for things like cutting, mixing, etc. imagine being in a first world country, running a business like that, and getting visited by someone from food safety.

the only people who eat street food in India are usually low-lower middle class - the food will rearrange your insides even for locals. If you're in India as a white person, eat your breakfast lunch and dinner in your 5 star hotel or top restaurants

bro street food has always been the most poverty food no matter where you at and the hygiene will always be questionable. Probably. I'm pretty fearless when it comes to food.

Assuming it's real food they're cooking. I heard stories about the street food in China being fake, they were making rice out of plastic and fake eggs and chit.
