If the billionaire was willing to offer you 50 mill if you help him kill the other survivors in order to conserve air, how many of you would take him up on his offer?

There are only three likely scenarios here
1. The sub dropped it ballasts and is floating and drifting on surface waiting for rescue. With comms lost, the rescue crew have no idea where the sub is and it can't be opened from the inside.
2. There was a mechanical failure with its ballast mechanisms which would allow it to safely ascend. They are still sitting on the bottom of ocean with less than 96 hours of air left and no hope of making it.
3. The sub imploded at almost the Titanic's depth killing them instantly. The descent to the Titanic takes about 2 hours, the mothership lost comms 1 hour 45 mins into the dive on Sunday.

inb4 we find out out they snagged the sub on the titanic by getting too close.
Sitting there staring at the rusting Titanic thinking "WTF have I done?" as you start to feel colder from being at such a depth.
Just as you think it cannot get any worse you realise you desperately need a dump, but it's ok as the pilot just chit himself a minute ago.
Fuc that.
I wouldn't go down if you paid me $2.5 million let alone paying $250k.
Hopefully it didn't implode and they somehow make it.

I mean, seeing how wealthy elite fared on the titanic, it would be prudent to avoid going near it no?

What annoys me is that after they pull this dikwad up from the depths, he's going to go on Rogan and every major podcast telling glowing stories about his harrowing adventure.

You try and put on an intelligent front, And for the most part you seemingly are. But there is literally nothing in the world than can pull a submarine up from 2.5 miles below the surface.
