Yes. Unless he's a pride flag waving kind of person that wants to get those ideals in my face or push them in the work place.

As long he keeps his gay chit in his own bedroom I have no problem working for a homosexual.

I have a gay director. So he isn't exactly my direct boss, he's a level above that. See him 2-3x a week during morning huddles. It's a little weird because as soon as he became director a couple of other ancillary positions for staffing and what not got filled with gay dudes by him. It's weird feeling like a piece of meat.

If he's a competent and decent person to work with. Judge people on their behaviours and merit of their character, not immutable facets of their identity. The fact that he enjoys ball gargling shouldn't impact his work performance....

Had a flaming gay boss for about 7 years. he was a dick but he was a dick to everyone so cant say it was just towards me.

he never talked about it or pushed it, Just normal stuff like his husband and such, same as everyone when talking about a weekend or whatever,
