She doesn't look that impressive to me (srs). I've seen comparable and even slightly larger women who lift naturally. I know one woman who takes gear as it runs in the family - dad and brothers are competitive bodybuilders and she is as well. With her, you can tell. Her delts are the size of mine. With the girl in the OP, not really that extreme.
