First time putting together a computer part by part on the web. Tech nub but spend the whole day researching as best I could with what this local shop offered in terms of options. Maybe I made some mistake but it will sure beat what I have atm. For some gaming/photo editing along with the:https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-32...hd-led-monitorand future proofing with decent ram for more demanding video/ai rendering and editing. One downside I saw was a test showing the processor might be a bit weak for the gpu and lose some 9 % of potential.

Edit: They got back quick and recommended a better fan for the processor so getting Alphacool Core Ocean T38 240mm as well as another case.

AF-S Nikkor 16-35mm f/4G ED VR

For some landscapes and architecture/inside and ceilings of ancient churches/ruins etc.
Was lucky on our local ebay and got it for a third of new price and only been used a handful of times since the guy had a 14-24 mm as well.

Haida CPL + VND, barely anything to worry about in the corners on wide angle lens.

And maybe soon kayaking master race. Saw you had one there. Been watching a bunch about it on youtube and thinking perhaps it would be something to start next summer. Seems portable ones are getting better. Would like something that I could bring along and maybe combine with photography. Will have to think about it, but we have something like 22k lakes and always loved the water. They just opened a rental place at a closeby lake so I should probably try it a few times before buying anything though.

Bought this Benchmade 533 Mini Bugout knife for $120 shipped after tax:https://www.rei.com/product/176453/b...2906_f31524439

Idk anything about knives, but this showed up on Slickdeals being 25% off and I just wanted something light and easy to throw into my pocket when walking my dog (have had way too many stray dogs test me lately srs)

Will return it and buy another knife if somebody has a better recommendation for less money, just saw this pop up and decided to buy it since I had been wanting something for self defense for a while

depending on how much gear you plan to bring, I wouldn't necessarily trust one of the inflatable ones. the convenience is nice, but I didn't feel "safe" with $10k - $25k worth of equipment in my buddy's $1300 Santee 126 kayak.

so I went for one of the most popular and sturdy ones I could find. 55lbs and 30.5" wide. 12.6" deep. it's kind of a PITA to load on top of a lifted SUV, but it's worth it for the complete feeling of control

I'm still kicking myself for not pulling the trigger on the Westbrooks when they were all the rage in the SnP thread...

Oakstreet and Rancourt have nice offerings but they don't offer the same golden brown color as Sebago.

If you have a pantry, it's not an issue. I probably bought mine 6 months ago and only have a bottle left. I've started storing stuff in my basement. It's not like prices are going to go down, and the majority of my stuff doesn't expire any time soon. So anytime something is on sale at Costco and I normally am going to buy it, I pick it up.

Hehe ty brah. This is the natural color instead of the dark brown. They run big - I ordered 1 full size smaller than my Allen Edmonds dress shoes (these shoes stretch to fit your foot so they should feel snug at first, as long as there is enough length in the toebox you should be good)

I dont mind it. I went right to work with it and did all my limp pruning around the yard. Plenty of torque, easy to disassemble and clean afterwards.

I have the EGO mower, leaf blower and string trimmer so it was a no-brainer when I needed a pole saw although the Stihl ones are pretty damn sweet.

EGO is the best based on my research. Their portfolio is larger than Toro at this time. Ryobi and Greenworks are a great value tho.

Aside from my awesome Honda push mower, I have a Ryobi, string trimmer and edger. I just swap the shaft reusing the same motor. It works great but EGO is the best when it comes to garden E-power tools. They're also more expensive.

I have a Ryobi 2800psi pressure washer that is just bad ass. That thing fires up on the first pull every time, every season. I believe it's actually a Honda engine on it.

Kind of surprised EGO doesn't make a pressure washer yet.

I will be getting the EGO power shovel this fall for sure.

Greenworks does. I almost bought one, but went with this one since it was only $60, then come to find out, that's what a local detailer uses as well, before applying their ceramic coats. I do wish I had one that did more gallons per minute, but this does get the job done...https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I got tired of crawling on the roof of the lifted SUV to haul kayaks since we've been going about 3-5x a week recently

nabbed a cheap universal rack from Amazon for the impala

it makes the process so much easier. also it's small enough to fit in the garage with the kayaks loaded, which saves me 2x of loading/unloading every trip
