I'm autistic AF so I try to use something like this. Maybe I'll figure out more eventually to be able to do well without support.

My contract last year was close to 110 per hour and the agency I worked with was charging 135 per hour. It’s the most I’ve ever made so everyone is happy. My company paid a flat rate of $20k for me. I saw a few other recruitment bills, but feels good mine was the highest listed. LOL

If you have the skills and experience recruiters come knocking.
