damn forgot how salty you were about that. Call it stupid all you want I shed 21 lb. in 21 days and have actually kept it off.

But yeah, I go for more sustainable diets now. Which is what I said I'd do after getting to a better bodyweight with PSMF. Doing that chit regularly is a good way to develop an eating disorder

You'd better off not letting yourself become a fat fukk to want to crash diet. But food looks good. I'm assuming you're cutting? (Ded fkn Srs)

Completely agree. It was an interesting diet though, and crazy effective. These are the before and after of 3 weeks:

Spoiler!

I guess you could say I'm cutting. Been eating pretty terrible lately what with pool parties, lake trips, baseball games, etc etc. and have gained a few pounds over the last month. I want to get to something like 12% at 170 lb. and am currently sitting at 181. Lowest I've been this year is 176 and looked like this:

Spoiler!

Pretty good progress, keep it up. Then slowly introduce more food in your diet to make it easier to maintain the new levels of body fat, then your body will build a level of hemostasis for that new composition. I tried PSMF one time and it was miserable. I only lasted 3-4 days and it resulted in me binging at night because all I could think about was eating while laying in bed trying to fall asleep. I have no idea how you did it for 3 weeks and was able to sleep. (Ded fkn Srs)

After about 5 days it got a lot easier. People always say once you hit ketosis you feel better etc etc and for me that definitely was the case. I suppose I was just that much more of a fat slob than you so more motivated to cut.

That chicken looks good.

How do you cook it? Do you split chicken breasts and pummel them with a meat tenderizer to make them flatter and easier to cook and eat?
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

Pretty much. outside burns before the middle cooks if it's more than like 1.5" thick. I just slice em in half and pan fry.
