Well, if you were trapped in a submarine with no way out without outside help for days & oxygen running out, would you be patiently waiting every 30 minutes to be sending SOS messages?

I have also read(not sure if true or not) there is a fail-safe device onboard that will automatically send out a banging noise every 30 minutes,so the people could be dead-but the device will just keep doing it, until it no longer can.

I think its kinda amazing that this submersible went down 30 times or whatever. CEOs logic was flawed in not realizing that the vessel was at best a few times use vehicle. I mean F1 cars are probably entirely new cars by the end of the season as parts get replaced as needed.

Guarantee some other rich guy is learning lessons from this and working on the next deep sea submersible.
