Yeah one time I was doing some late night cardio and about half way through I got a terrible stomach ache. I realized I wasn't gonna make it back in time so I had to find a secluded spot where I squatted down and took a fat chit.

You ever actually hit that point where you’ve been running regularly, and then push it and hit runners high? Better than sex brah. Better than sex with two chicks at the same time. Total euphoria.

When you go outside doing cardio like running/riding a bike under the clear blue sky and sunshine with beautiful scenery, you won't regret it.

however, if you are considering something like this I don't know...

Only if I do too much immediately prior to lifting.

Lift then do cardio. Don't use actual cardio as a warmup for lifting.

Only while I'm doing. I generally like the results though. Not gonna lie, I haven't done cardio in like 2 years. Just 20 rep sets sometimes. Will get back into it sooner or later though

or maybe I'm just flat-footed and shin splints are common. plenty of marathon runners get shin splints, too.

That's not a good excuse though... You can ride a bike or swim. Just admit you are lazy like most people (including me) when it comes to cardio

Pretty sure I messed up my lower back from constantly doing incorrect crunches and situps, srs. If I don't have sciatica at this point I'll be surprised.
