now states can be hamstrung by the federal government who decides who they can and can’t deport

Can’t wait for them to vote 9-0 against trump when he appeals his prison sentence.

Even Thomas voted with Gorsuch and Barrett though. I'm not sure Trump could've picked a justice who would've voted differently here

Immigration is a federal issue. Imagine blaming Trump for this. Literally the only guy in DC who went against the open borders policy and made immigration an issue again.

This is why most smart people stay out of politics, it's not worth trying to help the public. They'll turn on you easily. Trump should have just enjoyed himself and let everyone have Hillary back in 2016

no one wants immigration, its been voted against everytime its been put up, time and time again for like 50 years

but even if 100% of the people voted against immigration, guess what? the gov will still open the borders up to the hordes lol

Correct. A major flaw with democracy is that elected representatives can change their position once they get in office. People with direct access to politicians (billionaires, lobbyists, corporations, NGOs) can bribe and pressure politicians to pass laws these groups want, rather than what the majority wants.

Historically, Jews have been most successful at charming and manipulating rulers.
