Op is stronger than the average untrained man, but not strong compared to some lifters, op has minimal fighting experience but some experience in submission wrestling.

Fyi, op doesn't think he could take Kinobody one on one.

Intersting point. I have no idea how nonsense trains but I would guess you're probably right.

I recall jestbrah saying he doesn't do pump training though. And I believe he said he deadlifted 6 plates for 5 or something which given his size isn't that great. His bench was pretty insane though.

I broke my wrist/hand and had surgery to remove part of some shattered bone so I'm pretty sure if I punched anything harder than a water balloon, it will be the last time I punch anything

You are probably deceptively strong but I don't believe you could withstand my speed, power and accuracy, even as a 150lbs manlet.

If it goes to the ground, you may have the edge.

I'm less than 2 months back into lifting and my deadlift max is around 400, my ground game is likely better than my stand up game, I have no experience in fist fights but some experience in wrestling/submission.
