I am perfectly fine if you can't state how many investment properties you have, just proves that you're literally making chit up.

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Eh, no. Unless you move to Thailand or some sht.
I would look at having a nice house large enough for a family of 4-5 paid off (a mil or so minimum), and then a couple mil in a passive fund generating 6-8% a year (120-160k) and maybe another 500k in other assets as legit retirement goals. Going off current crypto holdings another mild bull run will do it for me, or another 15 years or so in stocks.
Living passively like a povertycel is no way to live, I'd rather just have a job at that point.

yeah maybe if you are single and want a basic life in a cheaper state (nothing wrong with that)
