Set up your own home gym, it only costs less than 3K in my case.
LOL, it's 40 years ago I bought my equipment so probably you need twice as much as I spent.

I planted foxgloves last year and I really like them a lot. They look like this odd alien octopus tentacle flower. Here's a photo I grabbed the other day when they bloomed:

^^ Gardening is good for the soul. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Hope you have a nice summer yourself in Japan. Take care

My mother tends her own garden and whenever I see flowers they remind me of her and her garden.
No wonder you draw those beautiful pictures you used to share with us.
While I love hydrangea, I hate what the flower represents...

I can learn something new every day in misc.
Now I have a topic for my next phone conversation with my mother.

^ I'm waiting for my own hydrangeas to flower. They're beginning to bud.
Any fun native Japanese plants you'd recommend I grow? I'm always looking to add to my gardens to create a nice diversity.

I also love the Japanese Chrysanthemum.
White ones are my favorite.
The chrysanthemum is used in the crest of the Emperor and the Imperial Household.

Also, its symbols are used by Police/Fire Department/Passport.
