Really no different than if I went to a web designer I know is religious and asked them to make a site for me about Satanism. If they say no do I get to sue them? Or if a black owned clothing store gets from one of their suppliers T-shirts that make fun of black people, should they be forced to sell the shirts? Hell no. This whole equal protection under the law, without specific favoritism is getting under the skin of "liberals" in media this week.

In the dissent.

Wow this will be just like the abortion reversal for them, get ready.
Wake me up when a Christian baker won’t make a “happy birthday” cake for a sodomite. Stretching this from not being forced to provide a service that glorifies being a homo to “refusing service to homos” is either dishonest or just really stupid.
Entire NYPD should go on strike. You'll see then how quickly the mayor changes his tone.

As we all know, it's never been about their ability to have a cake made, or a website made, it's not that at all. It's all about their wanting to validate themselves by forcing you to pander to their will.

None of your constitutional rights trample on other people's constitutional rights. Gays on the other hand, with a chip on their shoulders, want to trample on your rights to validate themselves as important.

We can add wincel to those 3. Hrs totally baffled about what women are
Scubastevo :-What percentage of women have STDs? (serious) If I just wanted to go bareback with any girl that I could get with, what are my chances of ending up bed ridden with STDs?

Well look at how someone like Nick Fuentes has be cancelled hardcore - including financial institutions and platforms (which is a shyt ton more significant than artists not wanting to do shyt for you). Libs have no issue with that, and most probably do or would cheerlead it, so...as usual there's a strong lack of consistency with them.

This. It's a PRIVATE BUSINESS. They get to choose what they do and how, just like they get to choose if they allow people without shoes in their stores.

It's ridiculous this is even a thing people are reeing about. One company won't make your rainbow cake? Go find another one, don't try to sue the person who doesn't want to work for you.

They can't deny people service based on protected status, like race, gender, religion, and (in pretty every state now) sexual orientation

The decision doesn't outright say that businesses can refuse service to an LGBT creature. The decision is limited to expression / speech. Baking a cake to celebrate a gender transition or making a website to celebrate a gay wedding = speech. Forcing business owners to bake that cake or make that website = forcing businesses owners to say, "I support gay marriages" or "I support gender changes"

But if you own a restaurant or hotel. Serving food to an LGBT creature or giving them a room isn't speech, and merely serving them isn't akin to saying "I support gender changes" or "I support gay marriages." That's why it's still illegal to deny LGBT service at most businesses
