I do.
More so on the individual level than the collective level.
I am not confident we will become a space fairing species which is necessary for our survival.
We are going to become extinct one day.
But, I feel up until that point, in general most of us will live with dignity and a general concern for fellow humans. Which I believe, is about the best we can do.

Yes, I have faith in humanity.
You can't pick a better time to be alive. Largest human population, plus the most advanced technology and information sharing to date. Unfortunately though this causes all the bad stories and atrocities to arise to the forefront of the news. They stand out the most, and are talked about the most, primarily for the motive of having an emotional juicy story to garner an audience. This gives an inaccurate assessment about the relative ratio of "bad people" that exist in our ~8 billion population planet.
