Any physique is achievable if you train long enough, it will just take me longer than him, I figure 15 years of me training really hard where it only took 10 for him (because he takes steroids), a lot of guys make the mistake of training for only 45 minutes to an hour at time, if you train for 5 hours a day you will get 5 times the results as 1 hour of training, I don't know why nobody understands this.
