I mean, it says airline safe in the photo. I did get curious though after reading your comment and looked up the regulation... any portable charger w/ its power output capped at 100 W is allowed by the TSA, which does include that weird looking gizmo linked above

Trying to make this into a photo/travel duffel...thin eva roll and some thin plywood, mainly for the bottom – figure I try space these out a bit and glue to the foam for a better bottom/floor (really floppy atm) and use the leftover foam for side pockets. Mid space is long enough to fit the the tripod.




ARTCISE AS80C + a fluid head – had a **** one from k&f so time to upgrade.

Used Nikon D3400 aps-c camera to get more out of the telephoto lens with its' crop factor and higher pixel density. Bluetooth with app and better low light performance than my D810 are nice bonuses as well.

Bought this as a test for photography – pretty much the most light absorbant black you can get. Background etc with this can make the subject seem like it's hanging in space. Will try the paint on some parts of a macro setup on the inside of extension tubes etc. One of the main problems vs a dedicated macro lens is light leaks and some stray light (as far as I understand.) Maybe I'll coat the inside of a lens hood while at it.

Check out "SILKWORLD Men's Swim Trunks Quick Dry Beach Shorts with Pockets" on Amazon. They are 4 to 5 inch inseam and great quality for $20 bucks.

I get loads of comments on them..

The pictures on Amazon make the suit look longer but they are most definitely short.
