Can I ask, are you feeling illness and sickness as a result of the drinking? How is your appetite? Any nausea? What color is your piss? What color is your chit? Any other GI issues?

You may not be sick enough yet to warrant an ER visit, they may just give you IV fluids and a few benzos and tell you to go to rehab.

You can at least go to rehab for detox and then peace out after that without having to go through the time-wasting bullchit for a few weeks.

People stop drinking, then stare at a wall. That doesn't work.

A lot of addicts are also money MAXXERS, or fitness MAXXERS, or adrenaline MAXXERS.

A lot of addicts also just live in a trailer.... So there's that.

sit down with a paper and pencil, write out the happiest moments in your life (sober)... Some of these periods may even go back to elementary school, but that IS relevant, so write it down. What were you doing? What fulfilled you at that time? Revisit those things.

I drink as a celebratory side effect of some event, so I guess I'm not a true alcoholic, and maybe my advice is horse chit as a result.

I'll be honest, I really want to party with you on one of these benders.

I have lots of friends who also drink and do drugs like this, and it's crazy fun.

If you actually want to stop drinking, try focusing on actually gettting in shape. Get a prescription for Semaglutide, which makes you physically stop wanting to drink(and it also helped me lose 35 pounds over the last 2 months). I'm not saying I've fully quit drinking or ever had a problem with it, but my relationship is currently great with alcohol.

Try out Ozempic/Semaglutide for a couple months. It will probably change your life for the better.

today is better than yesterday, although i literally had zero sleep despite drinking specifically to do that, so idk how tonight is gonna go

i'm moving in the right direction i think

Whats compelling you to drink this much? Alcoholism is a symptom of deeper issues. For me I was drinking alot more when I was unsatisfied with my life. Now I only stick to weekends cause Im in a much better place than I used to be. Drinking is fun but addiction is not. Hope you find some inner peace bro

Another tip, find a goal that alcohol directly negatively affects. Mine was staying and getting lean. There are others out there, find what’s important to you.

Fitness and nutrition is an easy one because alcohol is wasted cals and leads to binge eating **** for a lot of people. But if fitness isn’t your goal or priority you can find something else.

Even now, when I know I’ll have a drink(like when I was in Miami) I cut cals the week before and then even when I was at the bars down there, I felt like a clown even drinking clear liquor, it was guilt because I knew the 70 cals per each drink or whatever would add up. Probably not a healthy take, but it works.
