POS Cop Elliot Palmer shoots and kill family golden retriever

Elliot Palmer, Badge #101, Lorain Police Department in Lorain, Ohio. Shot and killed a family’s dog. It ran towards him and he instantly pulled his weapon and shot it. Even as it ran away from him he continued to shoot at it.

This is a horrible video to watch. You can see the poor dog dragging itself across the road. This got me man. I’m so pissed about this. It’s obvious he just wanted to kill something.

This is why people hate cops.

UPDATE: This was on, or close to 4th of July. Fireworks were going off near the house and the dogs freaked out and got out of the owners yard. The cop was driving by, no one even called him. He stopped his car when he seen the commotion. Owners were right there. Dog runs towards cop and he pulls his gun out and shoots it. I guess he hits it with the first shot and it runs away, but he keeps shooting it as the pup runs down the street.

Why were the cops there?
Where they called to the house that had the dogs?

Hate to say it but the cop is going to skate on this, doesn't matter the breed it charged him.

The way these guys are trained is they could be going to a kid's lemonade stand, they act like they are walking around Afghanistan in combat and a bomb could go off. This is why they are always on edge.

as someone that's part of the "just comply and don't do anything stupid and it should solve 99% of your problems", cops are just brain dead in this country man. looking for a reason to use deadly force. shooting a dog just be the last case scenario or method you try. just let the dog bite u. u can easily remove and merk the dog if that's the case.

What was the officer there for? Kind of an important bit of information.

That dog could have attacked someone earlier for all I know and that was why he was there.
