The reason why so many dogs are killed by cops on an annual basis is precisely because of this.

It's weird how many folks think that cooperating and complying with law enforcement is 'optional'. This is a quintessentially low class thing, so I'm not surprised by how many go crazy on this forum whenever a cop shoots *anyone* basically.

The breed doesn't matter. It's a large dog and the dog does not know the cop. Cops can't take chances and a quick assessment of the situation would inform you that there are multiple loose dogs. I ain't taking the chance either. I'm shooting the dog even if it hurts me. Control your dogs and this won't happen.

Unreal how some of the posters in this thread walk amongst us in real life.

Can't separate their "love" of animals from a clear display of irresponsible pet ownership.

These are the same type of people that'd pick their pet over a human life if given the choice.
