Why does Andrew Tate live in a warehouse?

Apparently, he spent 700k on it and renovated the hell out of it. I would expect him to just have a really nice house not this type of thing

I was planning to do it for years

I wanted to build a container home like 10 years ago too but they aren’t the best for withstanding heating conditions

This apex legends pro player I used to watch has a studio apartment streaming setup in a warehouse and he pulls his BMW in right behind his streams setup, always thought it was cool as **** tbh

Because assuming you want to live in a central location in a city. Sometimes turning a warehouse into a residence makes the most amount of sense. Especially if you have a ton of money. Especially if you're going to be living with a bunch of people. There are most likely 8-10 people living in the house at all times.



It may also have some kind of tax advantages. You've got to figure everything is about business for him.
