My advice here is wait until they file eviction at 4 month mark

Then go tell them you’ll pay all the back rent once your “huge settlement check from the accident” comes in “at the end of this month”

Meanwhile line another lease up and keep bsing the current landlord that it’s coming in “any day now.”

Probably get 6mo free that way & trash it on the way out ahaha

1) transition to another lease before they report it

2) once you’re finally tired of that lease, it’s been some time. Settle with the debt collector who bought the debt for 35 cents on the dollar in exchange for a pay to delete

my new rented place doesn’t require any references, there are plenty places which don’t require that chit.

Also credit is cope. Just offer them 6 months rent up front and they jump to it like a moth to a flame. Then don’t pay them for the next 6 months after that and dip. Repeat

why tf would I want to rent a normal apartment when I can just live in a nice hotel in the central part of the city and have access to gym, pool, library, bar etc in my own building
