Lol.i think some of you need to educate yourself on how a mortgage works.
Unlike a rent payment which changes based on inflation, your mortgage payment is fixed for the duration of the tern; which is usually 5 years.
Every 5 years you renew your mortgage which means you can renegotiate the terms.
