What's your preventative hangover go to?

For those of you that did, or still like to party from time to time, what's your trick for preventing a killer headache the next day?

I like bodyarmour, but for a simple, cheap solution, I just pound salt. Just take a handful and chug it down.

What are you methods misc?

B vitamins (B12 is what most take)

Electrolytes (Drinking a Body Armor before you pass out helps)

I switch to water before the night is over. if it's a 4 hour night out, the last 1-2 will be spent drinking water.

Vitamin B complex and Advil before bed with a ton of water. Doesn't eliminate it entirely but severely reduces it.

For your time:


Eat plenty the day you're drinking, b4 drinking.

Water early on, once you're drunk your water is less effective.

ONLY drink one type of drink, if you mix beer always after liquor never the other way around. Mainstream beer (no craft IPA)

Howdy....

My default has always been is taking 2-3 aspirin and a couple glasses of water before getting horizontal.
IIRC it's dehydration that causes those head splitters.

Thankfully, I can't recall the last time I was hung over.

Stay drunk? But After Drink pills before/at the end, few Liquid IVs or Pedialyte during, and definitely after, Alka Seltzer Hangover Relief the next day. Maybe hit up a nurse at work for an IV if it's really bad.

But seriously.
Crush Water all day, before I drink something with electrolytes. I also go after almost any non cheap tequila, basically anything over 50 bucks a bottle you can drink straight no issue and even if you don't stay hydrated prior, your only ****ty party will be a lack of 8hrs sleep.
