Yes, fake tits are sexy af to look at and to feel.

Additionally, they represent something that real tits do not. They represent an active desire by the owner to appear more sexually attractive strictly for the urpose of being sexy.

You meant to say it shows their mentall illness and that they have body dysmorphia and extreme self confidence problems.

This would only be true if they made the person actually look more attractive, which is almost never the case (the breast surgeries that actually make a woman look more attractive are mostly reductions of groce looking mega-titties, which are almost always done for medical reasons and not for looks). Fake tits just look fake. Implants can look good on mastectomy patients, too, but I don't think that was the objective of this poll.
