Most of the African countries, some Asian countries. Apart from lack of resources, at least the environment of the place will make life very harder/depressing for the person.

I’d say most countries in Africa, many Latin American countries, being born into a poor family in Asia, or being born into a dark skinned and poor family in India since they have a caste system.

I have zero sympathy for American born citizens who have always had a roof and food, even if it’s a chitty roof and chitty food and struggle to survive. If you were born middle class or above and failed as an American you deserve it.

Certain African & Asian countries. Some places are so impoverished parents will literally sell their children for sex/ general slavery. (srs). For fairly cheap too. Just a few thousand US.
