Just received a great paying job offer in Georgia

Last Friday, I went to go talk to a shop in Savannah, Georgia. I drove up from here in Florida. I get there and the owner wasn't even there. He just left. Then there was no job offer; he had to talk to him about it. Says they'd call me today. Today comes and goes. There was another one I talked to on the phone while I was there, all the way in Kennesaw. I just got a hard offer for $32/hr. Never even been there.
Thoughts? Apartment prices are the same as over here. My issue is real estate prices, looks very expensive. I'm also further from the beach but hey, no other offers as of right now and I don't want to spend another month here. I'm GONE.

Savannah is really nice. Kennesaw has a lot to do around it as well, and just a small drive or uber to the city.

you should be able to get $35-$40 in florida

yea savannah was a really attractive city. feel bad about the way it's going but what can i do
