No real path to victory without fundamentally changing the goals and ideals of the Nazi party.

- Warm up with Stalin / Russia or at very least avoid a two front war
- Somehow develop atom bomb before U.S. but they werent very close. Maybe if they didnt drive out all the jews and suffer the resulting brain drain they couldve had a shot
- Stop being ambitious and be comfortable with their gains, and yea if Japs didnt bomb pearl harbor. If Hitler stopped at France and said 'this is enough' and Japs didnt enter fray then good chance U.S. remains isolationist

Even if America stayed out they still would have a hard time securing enough oil in the east to keep the war machine going.

It's true that Russians might have been able to do it themselves. Hitler was running out of oil.

But I'm answering your question. How could they have won? Their #1 priority should have been to keep the U.S. out of the war. They could have developed a nuke or two. Beat the Russians. America would still show up and clean house sooner or later.

Now that I think about it. They couldn't have won. No matter the circumstances

By having someone smarter than Hitler in charge. His generals were way smarter than him, but he vetoed them when they wanted to use better strategies than him.

He was a charismatic speaker and really drew people in, but yeah his military strategy was ass. He did rebuild Germany from rubble pretty much though and made them a super power; had he kept to that (reconstruction) and not started a war or the Holocaust he likely would have been remembered very differently.
