What type of coat is it going to be?

Is it the type of coat npc’s come up to you and touch it and say “that’s a nice coat” or is it just a standard coat?

What’s the expected shelf life of this coat before it breaks/wears down?

Is it a winter coat or a spring coat?

Is it waterproof or only suitable for light showers?

Does it have pockets on the inside breast?

Does it have outside pockets, if so are they zipped/secured with buttons/safe enough to leave phone/cash/cigarettes?

Does it have a hood? Is it a hoodless coat?

What colour is the coat? Will it be stainproof?
