Combining regular and healthy together as if they go hand in hand is a stretch.

The average person has a degree of neurosis associated with the inherent need for survival.

We all have unjustified insecurities, fears, and a significant degree of ignorance which manifest in our behavior in negative ways. This is part of the human condition in modern society and has been for a while. The fact we have placed money above everything, resulting in a society based on mindless consumerism only propagates these issues.
