If you are serious enough about deadlifting (or squating) that the miniscule improvement you get form having a "perfectly flat surface to stand" then just spend the money and get some weightlifting shoes.

Instagram and Tiktok trends be ruining the gym. Girls taking barbells to do stupid hip thrusts. Zoomers taking their shoes off to squat and deadlift. Yeah brospeh, you really need to be barefoot to squat 115lb to half depth.

Yup. They call her a grifter because they themselves have no 'voice', and though they agree with some things she says it isn't 'for a woman' to speak of them. Especially not to make money off speaking of them. And ESPECIALLY not if she was born more wealthy than the vast majority of Miscers.

I mean, thats like a morbidly obese person preaching to people to not get fat and the consequences of it. Doesnt make it less true just because they made the mistake they are preaching against.

The dad is a mogger. I saw a thing where she had them on the show too and he was a pretty good looking old guy (no homo). He married down (certainly looks wise at least) and that's why all the kids are pretty dysgenic looking (negative canthal tilts and all).
