This is the real question.

First of all, Russia is handling Ukraine, we've all seen what this "Counter Offensive" looked like, Ukranian (NATO) tanks getting blown up left and right, and these very very unfortunate men getting their legs blown off.

Ukraine is now running into serious manpower issues, they can't train fast enough, now they're fielding sub-standard solders and unwilling soldiers. Noticed an article today about Ukraine cracking down on illegal smuggling operations to help people avoid conscription? Why put resources into breaking up small smuggling networks if you aren't having manpower problems?

But forget all that - most importantly - once Russia is done with Ukraine what the hell is the rest of Europe (NATO) going to do if Russia decides to expand their borders even further (I don't think they will) after NATO depleted all of their stockpiles of additional equipment - granted, it's not the "A" equipment, a lot of the early Tanks and APC's were old, but they've been providing Ukraine with more and more high quality vehicles and weapons systems.

From what I've heard Russia's ability to increase military production while keeping their economy strong has surprised everyone.

That's not to say Russia doesn't have problems, but damn that country has an amazing ability to fight strong and produce insane amounts of equipment, for cheap, that's highly effective.

That's been their forte since forever.

They exploit the entire country until wartime, pay the price at the start of every conflict then ramp up their military industrial complex and suddenly they're in Berlin.

The biggest problem is low IQ people believing the MSM. They don't even have the mental capacity to go back and listen to how wrong people like this were and question if what they are hearing now is just as wrong. They just continue to lap it up. I wouldn't say weak; realistically Russia is fighting against not just Ukraine but the entire NATO and US. We faced the same problems, problems, and frustrations in Vietnam as the North Vietnamese were being given overt military support, training, and aid by China and USSR.

This is a proxy war; US and NATO will do everything possible to stymie Russia and Russia will do everything possible to push back. It's the average Ukrainian who will suffer the most in this tug-of-war.
