Pushed on people by governments and companies alike, caused countless arguments and falling out between loved ones, endless REEEEEing from both sides......and it's shown to have only reduced infection by 20-25%? Don't gemme wrong, that's nothing to sniff at at all, but definitely shows that the narrative of absolutely, positively needing one or else you'll kill grandma was never remotely true. The way it was being pushed, and any pushback against it was deemed heresy, you'd think it was more like >80% prevented cases.

It does seem like one of the arguments was that anything that wasn't a brick wall against infection wasn't worth doing.

Once again, majority of the world's population had it at least 1-2 times, even the great and powerful Fauci himself.......

And mitigation factors, living like Howard Stern for 3 years?

N95s weren’t available during the plandemic. The panties, old tshirts, and paper masks (that say right on the box that they don’t stop the spread of viruses) we were forced to wear to participate in society during the whole charade don’t do **** to stop spread, and never did.

It doesn't look like this study was specific to n95's.

right so masks can help protect the wearer but is an individual choice and there is no reason for mandates on them even if there is a new wave

Agreed.

I have stated since the beginning that education is likely a better avenue to pursue than mandates.

Like I said..you think peoples’ responses to online surveys are valid scientific data to base studies on.

While also screaming about how terrible VAERS is. I wonder what is driving the inconsistency in your approach between the two.

I think survey data are one way to conduct observational research. Certainly not my preference, but it's a low-cost way to gather subjective opinions from large numbers of people.

I understand you're mad and appreciate the neg. They did use regression, but being survey-based alone isn't really reason to reject an entire study and it's results, imo.

I don't recall ever screaming about VAERS.

But if you like VAERS data while disregarding these data because they're self reported, that might be something to query.

As long as people with these mental health issues all wear N95 masks that are professionally fitted and they replace them every 30 minutes, they are very effective.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Nope. All they did was reduce peoples oxygen to their brains and made them even dumber and more controllable. And produce an incredible amount of trash for landfills and oceans.

Then I guess you'd benefit from neither you nor others wearing masks, if that's your only marker of consideration or concern

Not mad, I just neg people who constantly spam with the same tired threads over and over, especially when you’ve shown over and over that you have no desire for meaningful conversation.

Yes, having such poor input validation is absolutely a reason to dismiss the findings of a study.

And I don’t think I’ve ever said I like VAERS. It could perhaps give us indications of what we should look into, but if someone based a study on VAERS I would dismiss it just as quickly.

Where do you see that the data weren't validated in any way?

You're okay with the use of regression this time? Even without disclosure of algorithm developers and supervisors?

We have different opinions on what constitutes spamming. You are certainly entitled to yours. I don't understand why you'd enter threads on topics you don't like, but recognize you are free to do so
