All I found was that the shooter was the ex-boyfriend and the other guy was her fiance. They had only been engaged for like 10 days so losing his oneitis forever is probably the reason.

Idk if it's a translation thing or what but from the polish article it looks like she was cheating on her fiancé (the victim) with this guy but then she broke it off with him to stay with the fiancé and then this happened.
