Ever take a job that turns out way betond your skill set?
And the "training" sucks cos they assumed I am good to go lol. Holy fook brahs, just praying to get to my 90 days. I told them straight up where my skills are and it turns out nothing I know is applicable. Stressed AF right now, /deer dairy......

Honestly when breaking down wtf I'm going to be working on I'll ok once I get the basics down. Crazy I'm getting paid $15 more an hour than the production people who know more about the machines than I do right now LMAO.

Everything is easy if there's training and/or materials to learn from. I trained myself at my previous job since info was easy to find and manufacturers were super fukking helpful. A year later they asked me to show a new "trainer" how certain machines work.
You fukkers kicked my out of my funk tho, thanks for that.
