You should have something in there about how one sided friendships aren't worth the hassle.

Yes of course the decline in births is due to unrealistic female standards and unrelated to the widespread availability of birth control and rising cost of living pushing more women into the workforce.

I was running a little doc about the UK while loading the dishwasher yesterday and they addressed how now the higher costs are pushing women out of the workforce. One woman who had previously worked some government job said her after tax income was 80 pounds a day, but the cost of childcare for her two children since covid would be 120 pounds a day. So it seems like a fair number of people who felt they were securely able to afford children are feeling pinched. Unlikely to encourage the childless to give it a go.

Yeah there are definitely some areas where renting makes more sense. I do think tho that >50% of people who can afford to buy should buy, maybe waiting til next year for interest rates to go down

Also depends on a person's build if they have stubby legs they can squat all day or like me long ass legs seems to make me pretty impervious to deadlift injuries.

And just fukking LMAO @ blondes
The catch 22 with that though if you keep the weight lower on squats and deads then you probably are not getting enough stimulus in the muscles

Whereas with something like a hack squat you can push to near failure of the actual quads safely and without things like your low back or balance being the limiting factor

You absolutely have to train close to failure if not to failure to make gains if you aren’t saucy af srs

This is true. In general I think friendships are kind of a waste as you get older. You need to be getting something out of it if you are going to give someone your time. The saying goes that you are the sun of the 5 people you spend the most time with

I’m aware it’s a major issue. I think there are two sides to the issue and I definitely empathize with these dudes because women do have crazier standards nowadays

I accept that “don’t give up” is probably even better advice than “just try harder”

And also, really look at your standards

You may gotta bang/date 4s if that’s your ceiling, it is what it is

Solid solid advice brother all around. I like the one about finally just having to pick something and see what happens. Good advice for young guys who are trying to plan everything. Or older guys who need a change.

The thing about sales is that it’s one of the most important skills to have for starting a business IMO

Before you scale you’re going to be selling a lot yourself. If you can’t sell it’ll be difficult for you

Appreciate you brother yeah definitely preferences there lol

I’ll probably still pull a deadlift or two from the floor but I’ve accepted that if I do it’s definitely because of ego because RDLs are just so much better overall for development

I doubt any retard can be successful in sales.

On top if that, you're working way more hours vs the 9 to 5. Like 10 hour days, 6 days a week.

We'd be much much better off working 9 to 5 and starting a side hustle

I was being a bit hyperbolic last night and I was drunk but let me walk it back a bit

Sales is a great thing for those who are young, unsure of what they want to do in life and wanting to make money. It’s a far superior option IMO than going to college for six years and getting a degree you may or may not even use

I do agree that a side hustle should eventually be started, and that side hustle should eventually blossom into your own business. But like I said before sales will still be a very important skill

I like it.

Would only argue with the following:

2. Once you somewhat know what you're doing, there's no real need to follow a bunch of fitness influencers. Lifting itself is awesome, but the time spend outside the gym thinking about lifting and watching lifting content can be better spent.

8/18. There's no point in forcing yourself to be with a bunch of 4s that you're not into. It's better to be on a dry spell at this point - as long as you're going for it and trying to make things happen with people you're attracted to.

I agree that spending too much time thinking about lifting probably isn’t a good thing. It’s a fun past time for me that I do in spurts, usually will binge videos for a bit then not really watch any for awhile

I do like to always try and learn new lifting things in order to try new things and keep the routine fresh. It can get stale for me otherwise

Id rather bang a 4/10 than not have sex for a month personally lol but ideally you just don’t get in that situation at all

So smoking weed in moderation is more degenerate than drinking in moderation? We'll see who's laughing when they're 60 and it's time for blood test results of your functioning organs. (not an advocate for not drinking, if you want to go out and have fun, do it)
