Based Matt, Tristan mogged himself. Dude is an absolute degen, pretending that he has a strong family unit like Matt does. Everyone knows this isn't true at all.

That's not the nuclear family unit Matt is talking about. Both of them are right leaning but Matt, and other guys like Jordan Peterson are traditional conservative types. Tristan and Andrew are all about fancy cars, trips to ***** and sleeping with as much women as possible. If all men were living like that, society would fall apart.

I agree, the "clan" family unit is much stronger than a traditional western family unit.

You can still see it in other cultures too, multi generational household and a broader family living under one roof despite having enough money to buy another one.

And if housing prices keep increasing this will also become more and more normal here. These multi generational houselholds were also the standard in the west untill the late industrial age.

Agree with this too.

The Tate brothers are hyprocrites and made their money by e pimping suckers on the internet. They also glorified fcking around and a bit hypocritical Andrew now became a "muslim".

Still, they give out better advice than most retards

Nuclear family unit is mother, father and children. Tristan and andrew both have a daughter i dont know all their children i dont follow them to that extent) which they raise so there is nothing wrong

just because they live ostentatiously it doesn't mean they don't value preserving a close knit family.

American style conservatism is NOT traditional in the slightest. Tate is 100% correct.

Throughout Europe, family units are massive. Often living in multigenerational homes, and multiple multigenerational homes on the same street or in the same village/suburb. This is the norm and the way they have done for it for thousands of years.

The American conservative is atomized, not the degree the average chitlib is, but they are atomized. America of the 40's and 50's was an anomaly, but somehow has become a model for Americans. It was always destined for what its become today.

This. While what he says in the video isn't wrong, we all know that the Tate brothers are just grifters, thugs, and lol at having chin implants and a hair transplant while pretending to be alpha, and a bigger LOL at Andrew not having a chin.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Matt Walsch likes to post falsified data, loves Israel and is a clickbait grifter.

Like the Tates, tbh but at least the Tates are funny ethnics.

This. Historically the spread of Christianity meant the end of the old clan-based institutions and family structures. Now that Christianity is no longer a thing clan-based structures seem to reemerge in new forms.

none of these people are actual conservative in the sense of the word. they still subscribe to a secular liberalism as a whole rather than religious conservatism.

also lol at Jordan Peterson being a "conservative". The guy believes in his own view of post-modernism.

Eventually conservative will just mean those of us who aren’t bat chit insane. Even if we believe exact opposite philosophies.

Don't understand the point.

https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/science.aau5141

"There is substantial variation in psychological attributes across cultures. Schulz et al. examined whether the spread of Catholicism in Europe generated much of this variation (see the Perspective by Gelfand). In particular, they focus on how the Church broke down extended kin-based institutions and encouraged a nuclear family structure. "

i like this style of living. it's sorta how people have done it on both sides of my family for 100+ years. all but a few people including cousins (1st, 2nd, 3rd) live within a 10-15 mile radius (grandmother and great grandmother separated by 4 houses up the street). people stay in contact and see each other pretty regularly. if someone doesn't get married or if they get divorced they move back in with parents...sometimes a sibling is already living there.

never could wrap my head around this way people have family spread out all around the country...grandmother in Michigan, aunt in Florida, brother in Virginia, cousins in Arizona, etc.

I think that opinion might be a little skewed because that's all anybody sees on their clickbait content. I believe it's been mentioned that they keep their family out of the spotlight for safety and privacy.

This. Your typical "conservative" family conserves nothing. They all live separately and only visit each other for holidays or family parties. This is because of the "independence" idea taken out of context in america and then the boomers were propagandized into pushing ultimate independence. This leaves you alone, fending for yourself, and creates multiple separate families instead of one giant family unit.

My dad grew up in WV with his entire extended family, and he said as a small child they all had sunday dinner at his grandparents house, they all lived within a mile of each other, and they all helped each other out with everything. He said his dad's dream (my grandfather) was to buy a line of land down a road and have the whole family live there on their own 1-2 acres on the same street. Basically wanted to create an entire extended living area for everyone's families and kids to hang out and be safe, grow up around family, and be extremely close knit.

Nope. That was uprooted from our society. Family and community is wealth, and they are actively trying to destroy that concept completely.

Their place is on the fringe.

grandfather was right...good living when you are surrounded by immediate and extended family...seeing each other on purpose often and just randomly seeing each other because you live in the same area. stop in to grandmothers house on a random day and see great aunts, their kids, 2nd or 3rd cousins, etc that happen to be there. loyalty is to God and family so the idea of moving far away doesn't even cross your mind. why would you move somewhere that you don't know anyone...and especially people since childhood who know everything about you?
