There is definitely a huge selection bias in this. You'd need a random sample on a mandatory (not voluntary) basis to get a true measure of it, which is going to be impossible to get. Not that women don't do this, but the number is definitely far lower than 1/3.

A handful of medical studies that get around this problem do exist. Something like 8% worldwide. I wonder how many of them eventually find out. I know a guy whose ex wife did it to him twice. She admitted it in court and of course there were no consequences, with her getting majority custody.

thats worldwide, where in many countries they literally kill women for adultery. Here in the west where it is not only not punished, but actively encouraged by hypergamy, the number is MUCH higher from all accounts.

After it happened to the guy I know I looked into it. You'll find numbers all over the map depending on the source. I'd bet a lot of it is the same women who are serial cheaters that fool a guy repeatedly. Nature is messed up since a new man's sperm is more likely to impregnate a woman than a man she's had sex with regularly.
