I would recommend every month -or more often if possible.

Rotate arms each side.

If you think about how they work- they send a messenger into your cells - in the shoulder- that make some grow extra spike proteins on the outside that are like Covid

And these cells will never stop making those their entire life.

That's real growth.

If you keep this routine up every month in alternate shoulders, you have epic shoulders in a year.

If the CDC hasn't bothered to update any of the data in months, nobody's getting boostered anymore. I wonder how many hundreds of millions of doses expired. Thankfully I rarely see someone with a mask on but when I do they're almost always outside for some reason. At this point I think it's appropriate if you see a non-elderly person wearing a mask inside a store that they're likely a thief.

The Federal National Emergency ended May 11th, so the avg person doesn't need to do anything.
The old, sickly, and immunocompromised due to Cancer and others illness can still get a booster made up of the bivalent type.

There is a diary written by a Jew named Victor Klemperer about his experiences from 1933 to 1960 (when he died in East Germany). Most of the people who were wishing for his exclusion and death came back after like nothing happened. The only small victory he had was choosing to live in East Germany since they were more severe on the denazification. Just like we can choose to avoid states such as New York state or Canada and Australia that wished death upon the unvaccinated.

Unfortunately I don't think there will be much of a reckoning.

OP, boost or not, it's your choice. You'll likely be fine, but long Covid is still a thing, and there's a sense of magnanimity in getting a shot to help others rather than yourself. Because you'll be infectious for shorter and give the virus less chance to spread around.


It's also important to understand the virus isn't going away. Because it's not a viable candidate for eradication. There are animal reservoirs that could keep reintroducing it into the population. So you would need teams working around the clock and travelling into the wilderness as part of some mass animal vaccination campaign, which isn't realistic.


But vaccination will still alleviate the health burden of the virus, just as it does with the flu. And ironically, science-denying fukstains are one of the biggest factors keeping diseases prevalent and active.
