How do I cut BF% without losing lbs?

If I go down to 170 lbs (at 5'10 height) that puts me around 18-19% BF. I don't wanna lose any more lbs after that because I'd look like a twink

How can I go from 18-19% BF to 15% BF while maintaining 170 lbs?

Im 6’2” 195 lbs 15%bf but can only bench ~150 lbs for 3 reps and have a hot gf. It doesn’t matter. I’m relatively better in other lifts though.

Are u even over 15% bf? If so, then try fasting. Like 3 days no food no caloric drink every week.

That's an extremely low bench press for someone 6'2 195 . Are u sure you can only bench 150 3 times ?

I'm about 5'11 180 at the moment and probably could put up 150 atleast 8-10 times and I never felt that strong on bench press

Truthfully i haven’t barbell benched in a few years and only db bench now. And i do like 55lbs x 8 reps for my heaviest set. But prob about the same still. Don’t lift much nowadays.

It’s just a me problem though. Most people bench like you do. My anatomy just wouldn’t allow for a strong bench for some reason.

Don't over concentrate on BP. If you do BP as your first and heaviest lift every day you'll stall. So for upper body work make sure you're running a program that engages your upper body not just your biceps. Want to improve BP then also work on your upper back, triceps, shoulders. Skull crushers, rows (Hammer iso lateral rowing machine is great), OHP, in addition to BP. Choose something else besides BP as your heavy upper body life once and awhile. Also work on BP variations. Get the WSBB Bench Press book.
