Not like what's posted in this thread, but if they're done well, yes.

I feel like a women has to have boobs to begin with for fake boobs to look good (I hate to use a pornstar as an example, but like Ava Addams). Flat girls that get implants it just looks like you shoved a sphere in there.

So you are saying that they need the pre-existing build for them to look natural. I can agree with that. Also, girls who had some previously, but had them deflate after kids can look great with them, as they prop them back up and add some volume back to them, while still allowing them to sag some and to move freely.

The hard beach ball look is horrible naked or in bikini tops. They can look ok in regular clothing though.
