Such is life. If you get stopped by a police officer and you are being under arrest for whatever that you did, the dumbest thing to do is to resist. If you were illegally arrested or feel violated you can get it all back AFTER the arrest but you must be arrested.

This video is prime example of play stupid games, win stupid prizes. The kid on drugs shouldn't have ran away, the police officer shouldn't have teased him on a high way and that cot damn driver could have paid more attention to the road.

Its a cluster-fuk fiasco at all levels.

The judge handling this will have a lot of heat from all directions on him/her.

If he's not wanted for murder or serious crime, I wouldve just let him go. A huge problem with policing is that they escalate things where the precursor doesn't call for it.

Deputy Lorenzo Lujan pulled over Brent Thompson, 28, on the night of Feb. 18 after he saw the car Thompson drove had expired plates.

Lujan made the stop Thompson over on the off-ramp for exit 271 after he saw the Ford Fusion Thompson drove in a hotel parking lot on East Mulberry Street in Fort Collins. Lujan thought the driver was behaving strangely and believed the driver may have been intoxicated. He learned the car had an expired registration.

Thompson gave Lujan the name "Jacob Jones," which Lujan learned was an alias when he ran the name and Thompson's birth date. Lujan also learned that Thompson's driver's license had been revoked because the latter was a "habitual traffic offender."

Inb4 people who have no idea how stress makes it hard to think try to 2nd guess the cop. The cop literally warned the kid he would get tased and he ran into the road so it’s 100% on him.
