Started drinking coffee again after 4 months.

I enjoy the taste but I drank 1 cup and I felt anxious the entire day. Not worth imo.

Taste and smell of coffee are top 5 things in the world. Also get mad anxiety.

Try a really good decaf and use a mokka pot or something. Thats what I do, takes like 3 minutes to make the coffee and comes out incredible.

It’s a Super health beverage

I say keep at it, 3-4 days at least, I think anxiety will subside

We have a human body with lots of time and lots of things to do, so we depend on different things to carry us away...could be anything tea, coffee, energy drink, alcohol, cigarettes etc. We just have to balance things out, but doing something of something should not be a worry...

Once you start using things to counteract other things, it throws your balance off even more.

It's best to not use at all. Otherwise you'll feel burnt out from flight or fight mode 24/7, will never feel naturally relaxed, and be dependent on substances that temporarily make you feel up or down.

Your body is an efficient machine without alterations from any substances.

Right. I do get tired of relying on substanes to carry me through everyday. I can't quit, but I have certainly reduced my intake of everything I do. Apart from that it's a mind control game also, as if my mind is pre-programmed to think and believe that consuming some substances regularly will give me ease on daily to daily basis, while sometimes it's pure habit and addiction...

There are some new organic coffee products out there with half the caffeine and mixed with mushroom or Ashwagandha which taste really good.

There is one that is an instant organic coffee with some mushrooms that you just stir into a small double espresso size cup, it’s incredible, already includes coconut creamer, and just 1 g of sugar,
