Smart tips to start the day right?
- Immediately go piss and then drink two glasses of water. Your grogginess will dissipate 10x faster after getting up and doing this.
- If you're studying anything take an 1-2 right when you wake up to review/learn a little. Your mind processes the previous days information while you sleep. Whatever you studied/reviewed the day before will be fresher/more accessible than you think. I've found with my language learning that I can recall or remember difficult words easier when I first wake up. As the day moves on the mind's cache is filled up with nonsense and takes longer to focus on the stuff you really want to.
What else? Inb4 fap.

-Avoid the urge to grab your phone and immediately start scrolling social media (or misc).
-try and get 5 minutes of daylight or uv light upon waking up. Viewing sunlight in the morning causes ~50 percent increase in circulating cortisol, epinephrine and dopamine.
