You people are morons.
One of the charges against Trump is for trying to block that certification.

You would know this if you read the indictment.

Serious question. When would it ever be an appropriate time to investigate trump?

-First trump was saying they shouldn't be instigating him because he's a sitting president.

-Now he's saying they shouldn't be allowed to investigate him because he's a presidential candidate.

-He'll then say he's the Republican nominee so they shouldn't be allowed to investigate him.

-and if he wins in '24 he'll be back to saying they shouldn't investigate him because he's the president.

Not to mention he announced his candidacy ridiculously early leading me to believe he did so to use the impending "indictments/investigations as rallying material for his candidacy. Its really sounding like he's doing everything in his power to kick the can down the road long enough that he just dies before ever being convicted of anything.

If he knows he's innocent then he has nothing to worry about. All this bending over backwards to get his lawyers to postpone hearings and investigations indefinitely is not helping his case.

Youre going to have to accept that fact.

Not every judge in charge of a Trump trial can be personally appointed by Trump himself.
He has committed too many crimes for that to happen.

Lol @ the idea of being punished for crimes against America is preposterous.

Nixon wasn't forced to resign. He resigned because that was the only way he would get a pardon because the next president may not have pardoned him. He was never punished because Ford gave him a blanket pardon for all crimes he has committed or crimes they will find.

I think that answers your question of why both sides want him not to run.

It’s a gravy train.
I like this. No matter how many times you are told that both the House and the Senate need two-thirds approval for term limits, which they obviously will never vote to limit their ability to work in DC, your dumbass keeps bringing up that they're ramrodding Trump over a ghost.

Have you figured out yet why you keep repeating this stupid nonsense?

Nobody can explain why this case wasn’t brought in early 2021. They had all the evidence at that time. Instead the DOJ decided to sit on it until the perfect moment when an indictment could damage Biden’s political opponent and schedule a trial just before the 2024 election.

It’s a bunch of fkin cocksucking bullchit.

Trump said he was gonna run again for '24 as early as June 2021

If the DOJ indicted back then you crybabies would still be calling it interference lol

From a big picture perspective, look at how blatantly corrupt Washington is and then examine the amount of resources Washington has leveraged to go after every everyone close to Trump and Trump himself over the years.

A truly intelligent, free thinking individual would be drawn to the incredible disparity in the application of accountability, as well as justice, when it comes to Trump vs the rest of the Washington.

The inability for people to genuinely see this is a consequence of their emotional bias, which is driven by their emotional dependency on the influences that contribute to their political egos as well as the social pressure to conform to mainstream programming.

A truly intelligent, free thinking individual would read Trumps bio, learn that he's been involved in hundreds of civil and federal lawsuits since the 1970's and come to the realization that anyone who has been in legal trouble for almost 50 years is almost certainly a flawed and troublesome character.

yeah, I get that, but the way I see it is, being indicted and sued (even if you're completly innocent) comes with the territory of being a wealthy/celebrity/politician

I think it is prepsterus that you believe the MIC and Globalists will put a former POTUS in jail.

There are a lot of things that they are against in America? But they are not stupid.

To do something like that would completely discredit the office of POTUS and make us no better than a banana republic. Their whole facade of the US being a democracy is done then.

Not to mention it could start a civil war in the US that could spin out of control.

They know that. They don't want that. They WANT control.

There is no shot. As in zero. That Trump ever spends a day behind bars. Trump even knows this. He is milking this reelection for all it is worth as a result.

Trump's D.C. judge worked was a partner at Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP, the same law firm that employed Hunter Biden and whose former partner Heather King worked with Burisma alongside Hunter

Judge Tanya S. Chutkan

In 2002, Chutkan joined the law firm of Boies, Schiller & Flexner, becoming a partner in 2007.

I have a bold idea for the Desantis Campaign

At this point he should have a press conference, and tell everyone "elect me as president, or Trump will die and prison and democrats will continue to prosecute republicans never allowing them to regain power" and start hammering that message. Perhaps promise that Biden will be seated in front of a grand jury to consider the evidence of his corruption that is out there

I'm not saying it will work but he's gotta do something bold because at this point what's he got to lose "I am protecting trump from himself" type of message may resonate, it's a way to take trump head on but in a way that draws sympathy from trumpers

"look they weren't going to let him be president again, and they don't have any false charges to use against me. I'm the only one who can fix this" Basically he needs to copy everything trump says otherwise and if he wins somehow he can pivot to policy in the general.

Trump "takes all the air out of the room" and Desantis has shown no ability to match him on that. He needs to grab the headlines but any mean necessary for even a long shot at winning
