The issue is, you're using the term 'the social contract' in the way you want to use it, when it is something well defined, and refers to the foundations of society, from pre-society to society. It doesn't really prove me false because you're discussing something different. You already exist in a society, and there's no implied contract for you to get laid so how can it possibly be breached? What you're discussing sounds more like what you wish the social contract was, rather than what it actually is. So perhaps you should invoke a different word, although i still don't agree for a number of reasons.
