Asian American tourists pushed off cliff in Germany. One dead.

The American tourist killed while on vacation in Germany has been identified. Authorities say Eva Liu and her friend, Kelsey Chang, were lured to a lookout point with a view of Neuschwanstein Castle. Authorities arrested a 30-year-old man, who they say attempted to sexually assault Liu before pushing both women 165 feet off a cliff. Liu died from injuries suffered in the fall. Her friend survived.

This young lady worked her butt off all those years, graduated with TWO degrees, landed a great job at Microsoft, had her whole life set to go.

Any lawyercels on the misc? Will be be extradited back to the US and put in a concrete closet until he dies? Or will be free after 10-15 years in a luxurious european prison?

He'll be given an initial trial in Germany since that's where the incident took place. He'll then be extradited to the U.S. and given that all the parties involved were American he'll have a main trial in the U.S. where he'll be sentenced and ultimately do his time in an American prison. If he had murdered a German citizen or other foreign national then it would be a different story. Doing time in the country that you've wronged or the people of that country that you've wronged is the ultimate goal towards "justice". For him to do his time in Germany when it was American citizens and their families he hurt wouldn't match up with retributive justice.

Regardless of whether he ends up in prison for life or not he'll never be going back to Europe ever again. Can count on that. Looks like an oldcel too.

Need more information here. That video was pretty vague about things.

Sounds like they sensationalized it to appeal to the target audience of that show.
