But, I don't disagree with the findings. There are a bunch of studies showing some benefit and a bunch showing no benefit. Did you not see that in the review paper?

You're loosely citing a highly flaws "study" by economists, that was published as a book, not reviews, and not by Johns Hopkins. But, that matters little when it states what people want to hear, right?

Do you think the confirmed cases are underestimated by that much? That's orders of magnitude.

I've seen ascertainment estimates in the 5-7 range, but nothing on the scale you're suggesting. Can you share where you're seeing those estimates?
