I'm suing Shell gas station, and miss Citgo gas station.

So, not all gas stations on the corporation level are the same. I hate Shell, but like Citgo. Though Citgo is losing business in the Chicago area?

I recently skimmed $1000 to my card at Shell gas station. Sent an e-mail to the company website with the exact minute the skimming machine happened, but no reply.

Compare this to Citgo gas station, I'm an open critic against minimum wage workers that need to take a smoke break. When they go on a cigarette break, they stand outside the store, and if they see you go in, they go in with you... So, companies shouldn't hire employees that need to go on a cigarette break working solo shifts.

But 1 time, I saw an entire gas station being closed down, due to what seems to be the manager on a cig break. Locks down the entire gas station. I sent on the Citgo website, without disclosing the address, ending with is this something that may seem meaningful to you? And to my surprise they replied, with go ahead and give us the address of that gas station...

So, today, with the Shell gas station, I sued their headquarters office in Texas. Albeit in federal court. For not taking action on my e-mail. They'll probably ignore it...

Poll: what's your favorite gas stations on the corporate level? I know a lot of people don't like BP not cuz of the accident, but cuz of the cover-up that came after it.

Preference about gas stations? Huh? I know generally what areas have the cheapest gas, what have the highest, pay no attention to what company it is.

Shell of course fought to dismiss my lawsuit. My claim is their surveillance cameras could show an employee implanted a skimming device, which led to a $1000 charge.

But who am I to force Shell to use their lawsuit to help me, against their employees? So, they fought to dismiss my lawsuit on the grounds of not enough claim.

$1000 loss should be a small claims court case.

Why the fuk didn’t you just claim fraud and have the card / bank refund the money, file a 10minute police report for the bank and move on with your day.

No. The Shell employee in Chicago who skimmed my card, is not the unnamed person who swiped $1000 in a grocery store in California. 2 different people. I'm only going after Shell for their employee skimming part.

No the police report is so it’s on file and the banks insurance will reimburse the bank and the insurance investigators take over.

The bank should be instantly reimbursing your funds, you handle the police report, insurance takes over.

But that's on the refund. My lawsuit is on the gas station employee. I want Shell to know about it in the event that they may fire the employee which they did not.

This wasn't a credit card. But my lawsuit isn't for the money back. It's for the employee implanting a skimming device for the possibility of skimming. It's also for the Shell company not responding to my e-mail.

I had a peak of $1600 in it... Which is when I was laid off my job. So I started to use the gas station regularly. And food snaps card, it shows the remaining amount on the receipt. The clerk don't give you the receipt by default, so the clerk sees how much I have in it. Bit by bit, that $1600 slowly went down to almost $1000, and then skimmed $1000. But they won't even fire the employee.

So, again, it's not about the money... it's about the principle.

Is Shell corporation run mostly by Republicans? And they see me as a liberal-retard? And so like the idea of being being a victim of skimming.
