Boyos I am being sent to the construction site soon (Giga STEM Tradie)

Projects are moving into construction that means I am back on the road and back on construction sites

A big part of my job is doing site inspections and making sure tradies are doing what they're supposed to be doing

Will be walking around with my cherry limeade ghost and checkboard to make sure the tradies did their work correctly

If they didn't I have to chew them out and file it

Wondering how you supervise tradies if you're not a foreman? srs.

Any time somebody outside of the contractor I work for starts barking orders the project manager said we can either tell them to fuk off or just ignore them.

My general foreman literally had the STEMcels on the job crying about how everybody laughs at them, and doesn't respect them.

Usually the union contractor for the trade I work in has the real authority on the job, because we make the most money.
